March dégustation menu at Mlýnec

Chef Marek Šáda has chosen three sumptuous meals for the March dégustation menu, which ends with a marvelous dessert. Come any time in March to taste brook trout with avocado, lentils and sour cabbage, Veal sweetbread with estragon sauce, guinea-fowl confit and breast. After this rich feast, you can enjoy a wonderful „Větrník“ with dulce de leche and vanilla from Madagascar.

Alsatian chef Jérôme Jaegle is coming to the Czech capital. The owner of the L'Alchémille restaurant, awarded the prestigious Michelin star in 2018, will prepare a special menu at V Zátiší from 10 to 13 September. It will be made from ingredients that will be unusual to our guests, such as pollen and chlorophyll.
