Alan Geaam owns four restaurants in Paris, but he has gained experience around the world. He is of Lebanese origin, studied in the US, and refined his cooking skills in Liberia and Italy, and also worked briefly in the Czech Republic. However, France and its cuisine have always attracted him the most. He began his career in Paris 24 years ago, working as a kitchen helper and washing dishes at night. One day the chef fell ill, and Alan took his place. This bold move literally changed his life. He began cooking seriously, and the diners loved his food. His dishes always combine flavors and ingredients from all corners of the world. The restaurant that bears his name won its Michelin star in 2018.
